We are having a blast here in chilly virginia, where the southern hospitality is in full effect. From the staff at the hotel to the liason we are working with in the JMU dance department to the countless dance students and other new friends in between, we feel very cared for and looked after here in Harrisonburg.
This Saturday will be my first time performing David Dorfman's Light Shelter. We are including the community component to the dance here, and I couldn't be happier to have my light shelter debut with such a sweet group of women to be supporting us throughout the dance. Wish me luck with my first time ever singing on stage!!
